Thank you, Thank You. My daughter just sent a photo of the Birthday Limoncello flowers delivered to her office in Albuquerque and they are absolutely gorgeous. Being so far away living in Utah, you wonder if it's going to go alright. We are so happy and thrilled to know that Albuquerque florist is truly a company committed to customer satisfaction and exceptional service. The floral arrangement was as pictured and along with the birthday balloon showed an artistic and beautiful presentation. I chose this flower shop based off of the great reviews and great customer service I received both on the phone and at the time of my order....I ordered a boutonierre and a corsage for my daughter's prom. The sales associate asked me about a color scheme and that was it, no samples were shown or offered and I decided that since they are the professionals and had such amazing reviews that they would know what they are doing. I swiped my card for the $75 and left. Today I go pick up the flowers and may I say, what a disappointment. Was it white, yes. But other than that it was sad looking for what I paid. I mean, just ZERO effort, hardly any greenery, and maybe 2 little sprigs of baby's breath???? Again, shame on me for assuming that a flower shop would know what is expected of a standard/basic boutonierre, but the complete lack of effort is enough to make me never return to this shop. I feel completely robbed. I just came back from another local flower shop and showed them what I was given and they agreed to fix it for FREE.

Very disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered. The pictures showed larger vibrant flowers and several option of colored vases. The arrangement we received had minimal smaller flowers and had wilted greenery for filler and a basic glass vase. This was for my daughter's birthday, and it was a big letdown to get such a lousy arrangement, definitely not worth $60. I usually order her flowers from People's Flowers and thought I would try a local shop and support a local business, what a bummer :(

I was absolutely blown away when I saw my wedding bouquet — it was the most gorgeous bouquet I’ve ever seen! It looked beautiful and smelled amazing! Alex Montoya and his team truly nailed it. From the very beginning, Alex helped me create a vision and brought my dream wedding to life. The moms loved their corsages, the guys’ boutonnières were perfect, and the petals down the aisle looked so romantic. The reception area was absolutely beautiful, simple and elegant- everything came together perfectly, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous everything was. Thank you, Alex, for everything and for making our day so perfect and unforgettable! 🌸💐

This was the BEST vendor that we hired for our wedding. I wanted a high-end feel on a serious budget..... and Alex Montoya at ABQ Florist absolutely DELIVERED! Neither myself nor my close loved ones could believe the value for the absolutely stunning arrangements they provided for our wedding. This sounds really dramatic, but I was heartbroken that we couldn't just preserve the flowers permanently in time. The next day I took tons of pictures of them and just could not stop staring at them!!! Alex took my vision and he understood it perfectly...I almost feel like he took my vision and brought it to the next level because it was even better than what I imagined they would be. EVERYONE... I mean EVERYONE was commenting on the flowers, specifically - including my BROTHER who is still talking about how gorgeous they were!!! People have been talking about the flowers nonstop because they were easily the most beautiful display of flowers I've ever seen in my LIFE. I would love to keep coming back to ask for this arrangement over the years to remember our wedding. I'm still fawning over the incredible work of ABQ florist and I could not believe the value for what they produced. Just INCRE
